Residential Services

Community House is our 60-bed co-ed residential treatment center for those with substance use disorders. The facility operates 24 hours, 365 days a year. Services are provided in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere with semi-private rooms, individual, group, and family therapy, wellness and recreational activities as well as community integration. Located in the heart of Oklahoma City and is the longest, continually running residential treatment program in Oklahoma.

  • Licensed/Certified therapists, physicians, case managers and Peer Recovery Support Specialists (who are all uniquely qualified) work together to provide individualized treatment tailored for each patient.
  • Physician monitored medication assisted treatment.
  • Comprehensive assessments for treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Dietician-approved meals that promote health and wellness.
  • Family visitation and education each weekend.

Outpatient Services

Catalyst Outpatient Services are designed to fit your lifestyle with day and evening appointments. Your treatment in the program is based on the areas of need identified in your assessment. With both individual and group sessions, our licensed therapists will guide you toward your desired outcome.

Our services include:

  • Both group and individual therapy and rehabilitation, family therapy, wellness, education and case management.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) provides additional support for treatment to those who qualify. Our MAT program is designed to reflect the most current interventions recommended by the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
